SRX541401: Aurora-B asociated RNAs

Design: Aurora-B kinase was immunoprecipitated from Xenopus egg extracts. Associated RNAs were isolated by oligo-dT selection and converted into an unstranded library using the Illumina True-Seq kit. ABIP1.fastq is paired with total extract sample contained in SRA SRS398651 ABIP2.fastq is paired with total extract sample contained in SRA SRR767786 ABInterphase.fastq is paired with total extract sample contained in SRA SRR768258 ABMitotic.fastq is paired with total extract sample contained in SRA SRR768257 All samples are from mitotic extract except ABInterphase.fastq, which was isolated from egg extract treated with CaCl2 to induce entry into interphase.
